2017 Independence Gala:  SAVE THE DATE!

Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Hyatt at the Bellevue

The Insurance Society of Philadelphia’s Annual Independence Gala is the premier fundraising and networking event celebrating the rich insurance history in Philadelphia. Members and supporters gather and recognize the contributions of its membership, as well as each year’s recipient of the Distinguished Leadership award.

More than an awards dinner, the Independence Gala also serves as the region’s only-risk management and insurance fundraiser for area universities designed to support today’s regional college students who will eventually become the next generation’s insurance industry leaders.

The Independence Gala also sustains our efforts to support the Philadelphia community. Since 2012, ISOP has raised approximately $230,000 with the Gala text-to-pledge campaign—which funds fire prevention efforts in the city.

2016 Independence Gala

Over 700 attendees from the Philadelphia area came together on November 16, 2016 at the Hyatt atop the Bellevue to  honor Maurice R. (Hank) Greenberg, Chairman & CEO, Starr Companies as the 2016 Independence Gala Distinguished Leadership Award Recipient.
