Marc has been a fixture in the Philadelphia insurance community for four decades. He is a well-known executive committed to developing next generation leaders and giving back to the community. Marc started his insurance career in 1980 with Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company in Philadelphia. After moving to the insurance brokerage segment, he was selected as the youngest regional sales leader in the history of Alexander & Alexander. He has consistently held leadership roles throughout his career, founding Aon’s global Life Sciences and Chemicals practice in 2001 and was subsequently named head of sales and marketing for Aon’s U.S. operations in 2008. More recently, Marc has been named a member of Aon’s enterprise client group. He leads colleagues to deliver One Aon to some of the firm’s largest clients across business units and geographies.
Marc also serves as Aon’s leader for the development of the Philadelphia Apprentice Network. This Network plays an important role in helping employers develop diverse, equitable and inclusive talent pipelines.
His voluntary engagements include serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Y since 1998; the Board of Governors of the St. Joseph’s Maguire Academy of Insurance and Risk Management since 2013; and the SRDC Board and Executive Committee since 2016.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. He also completed the Executive Management Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and the Global Leadership Program at the Kellogg School Management, Northwestern University.

Marc has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Y since 1998.
Maguire Academy of Insurance and Risk Management
Marc has been a member of the Board of Governors of the St. Joseph’s Maguire Academy of Insurance and Risk Management since 2013.
Schuylkill River Development Corporation (SRDC)
Marc has volunteered on the SRDC Board and Executive Committee since 2016.
